Just one thing crippling these two games...

...there just aren't enough times when switching a weapon will really be worth it. True, there another weapon comes in handy at one point or another, but it truly isn't a Mega Man game if you don't have a decent collection of weapons to switch to. It's kind of sad that including 8 weapons would be logistical nightmare, but the effort was definitely there in otherwise capturing the classic Mega Man feel. The obstacles were at times brilliant and the layout was excellent!

Who programmed this, Tony Blair?

This sets back attempts to eliminate the stereotype of the boring Englishman forty years. Even a little quote or a single shred of individuality for each so-called fighter would bring enough life to this game to rate it a 5. Sorry to be catty, but seriously, what's the point?

Definitely a labor of love (or NG equivalent)

This game is rock-solid... it's great! There were just three things I really didn't like: the ending, the loss of cheats, and the fact that all the character classes were really the same except for stats and the starting skill. I know it's tough to pack a lot of stuff in a game and make it run smoothly, so I'm still giving it a 10. Bonus points for excellent music, the mystery of the ring and the moon Easter Egg. :D

And also, BLESS YOU for giving the player a chance to catch up on misspent gold. Sinjid 1 crucified me over as little as a single misspent gold piece at times.

Don't bother sending messages if you're 10 or younger and were raised with the impression you can kill people you disagree with. Cheers.
